Since 2014, Chestermere Heating & Cooling has been built around a simple idea: heating and cooling service should be done differently.

Our goal has always been to provide homeowners with quality workmanship, honest advice, and a level of personal service that is often missing in the trades. We believe that when someone invites us into their home, they deserve to feel comfortable with the people they are dealing with and confident in the work being done.

Meet Kyle Fagnan

Chestermere Heating & Cooling was founded by Kyle Fagnan, who began his career in the HVAC trade in 2002 and earned his Journeyman ticket in 2007. In 2014, Kyle started Chestermere Heating & Cooling with a vision of building a company that would raise the standard for residential heating and cooling service in his community.

That commitment has shaped the company ever since. Under Kyle’s leadership, Chestermere Heating & Cooling has earned recognition including multiple Carrier President’s Awards, the 2023 BBB Torch Award for Ethics, and several Chestermere Chamber of Commerce awards, including Best Home-Based Business of the Year.

But for Kyle, building a successful company has never been only about awards.

Giving Back to the Community

Being part of Chestermere means being invested in Chestermere.

Kyle has always believed that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities that support them. Over the years, Kyle and the company he has built have helped raise more than $5 million for the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation and contributed more than $100,000 directly to local community organizations, events, teams, and initiatives.

Community involvement isn’t something we do because it looks good on a website. It’s part of who we are.

Kyle’s commitment to giving back is one of the reasons Chestermere Heating & Cooling has always remained deeply connected to the people and organizations in the community.

A Partnership Built on Experience – Fagnan’s Furnace Service

In 2024, Chestermere Heating & Cooling partnered with Fagnan’s Furnace Service, bringing two established local companies together. The partnership combines Chestermere Heating & Cooling’s award winning reputation with Fagnan’s more than five decades of history and experience.

Today, the two companies operate together under the leadership of Kyle, while maintaining their own identities and strong local roots. Our team has access to greater experience, resources, training, and expertise, while our commitment to personal service remains the same.

What We Believe
